The subgrade protective fence plastic mold is mainly divided into 3 parts, the guardrail pillar mold, the sill mold and the guardrail sheet mold.

The 2.2 meter roadbed protective fence is usually divided into three specifications: 3 meters, 1.59 meters, and 1.15 meters. In the use of hurdles, according to different prefabrication habits and planning designs, two-piece 187.5x140.5x9cm hurdles or four-piece 2A + 2B hurdles can be used for 3m units (A: 187.5x60x9cm; B: 187.5x80x9cm) .

In the actual subgrade fence pouring process, there are usually supporting machinery and equipment to assist the release of the finished cement product from the protective fence mold, such as a mechanical shaker, centrifuge, etc., to enhance the characteristics of cement product molding speed, product density, and surface finish.
