Subgrade protective fences are widely used in the prefabrication of cement subgrade fences such as national highways and railways, and because of their relatively standardized size, they can be used in most of the projects currently under construction. The subgrade protective fence plastic mold is mainly divided into 3 parts, the guardrail pillar mold, the sill mold and the guardrail sheet mold.

The 2.2-meter subgrade protective fence is a 3-meter unit specification according to the gradient of the road section in use. In the use of hurdles, according to different prefabricated habits and planning designs, three-meter units use four-piece 2A + 2B hurdles (A: 149.5x80.5x9cm; B: 149.5x59x9cm).

In the actual subgrade fence pouring process, there are usually supporting machinery and equipment to assist the release of the finished cement product from the protective fence mold, such as a mechanical shaker, centrifuge, etc., to enhance the characteristics of cement product molding speed, product density, and surface finish.
